Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary *Must be able to read and write Korean, as a significant portion of business communication is conducted via email in Korean.* We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by managing inventory, operating forklift, and supporting order fulfillment processes. Operate heavy equipment such as reach forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, and materials handling. Support shipping and receiving activities by loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments against documentation, and preparing items for shipment through proper packaging and labeling. Conduct order picking, packing, and order fulfillment tasks to ensure timely dispatch of products. Maintain accurate inventory control by organizing stock in designated areas, stocking shelves, and conducting regular cycle counts. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize distribution processes and improve overall warehouse efficiency. Monitor and follow up on shipping orders, and provide shipping information and tracking updates to customers in a timely manner. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with exposure to warehouse distribution or manufacturing settings. Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts. Knowledge of inventory control procedures including stocking, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving. Experience with materials handling equipment like pallet jacks and mechanical tools used in construction or manufacturing environments is advantageous. Experience in shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and stock management enhances your fit for this role Previous warehouse experience or roles involving warehouse management systems will be considered a plus.
