OTR FLATBED DRIVERS WITH EXPERIENCE

MOST OF OUR NEW DRIVERS COME FROM REFERRALS. People only bring friends where it’s worth it. We’re a mid-size trucking company (~90 trucks), and most of them stay rolling. Drivers stay here because it’s simple: steady miles, honest pay, and no BS. What We Offer: Pay: 30% of gross. Average gross: $8000-$10000 (freight & market dependent) per week Take-home: $2,400–$3,500/week Form of employment: 1099 Miles: Consistent weekly mileage Bonuses: Referral bonus $1000 Inspection Incentives: Bonus for clean inspections ($100, $150; $200) Home Time: Average 3 weeks on the road, 7 days home Equipment: Peterbilts (2023–2026), Volvos (2023–2026), all equipped with inverters, microwaves, and fridges Trailers: Flatbed, Step Deck Yard & Repair Shop: Conveniently located in Bartlett, IL Driver Requirements: Valid CDL-A License 1+ years of recent OTR experience Flatbed experience preferred (training available for qualified drivers) Oversized load experience is a plus Responsibilities: Operate flatbeds trailers safely and efficiently Transport freight across designated routes with on-time delivery Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure compliance and vehicle safety Maintain accurate driver logs (HOS, mileage, fuel, routes, cargo) Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, route changes, or delays Assist with cargo securement, loading, and unloading as needed Qualifications: Valid CDL-A License with minimum required experience Strong navigation and route planning skills Excellent communication and time management skills Commitment to safety and compliance in all aspects of driving Work Location: On the road Job Type: Contract Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per week Work Location: On the road
