Our team operates as equals—no egos, just energetic, driven people solving hard problems together.The Role We're looking for a Senior iOS Developer to own and lead our mobile application - the front door of everything we build. You'll be responsible for the scanning experience that captures the raw spatial data our entire pipeline depends on, which means your work directly shapes the quality of everything downstream. This is a lead position and collaboration is crucial. You will be working closely with our data science team, computer vision engineers, backend and frontend teams, project lead, and CEO. What You'll OwnLead all iOS development for our 3D scanning mobile applicationBuild and optimize the LiDAR scanning pipeline using ARKit and Apple's depth APIsCollaborate with our computer vision and data science team on on-device preprocessing and frame capture strategyOwn the full app lifecycle - architecture, development, TestFlight distribution, and App Store deploymentContribute to decisions on scanning UX, data quality thresholds, and on-device vs. server-side processing tradeoffsRequired5+ years of iOS development in SwiftHands-on production experience with ARKitDemonstrated experience working with LiDAR point cloud data on Apple hardwareExperience managing TestFlight pipelines and App Store submissionsStrong understanding of iOS performance, memory management, and concurrencyAI-forward mindset - leverage AI to further your depth and velocityAbility to work onsite in Minneapolis at least part of the week (hybrid)Nice to HaveFamiliarity with depth super-resolution techniques (e.g. Prompt Depth Anything or similar)Experience integrating iOS apps with GCP-hosted backend servicesComfort reading computer vision research papers and translating concepts into implementationTHIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IFYou are unusually obsessed with hard problems.
