This role is responsible for managing the front office, supporting scheduling and administrative functions, and ensuring a smooth flow throughout the day.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet patients and families with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanorCheck patients in and out efficiently while maintaining accuracySchedule appointments and manage the daily schedule to optimize patient flowAnswer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient needsVerify insurance eligibility and update patient informationCollect payments, co-pays, and balancesMaintain accurate patient records and documentationCoordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth transitions between front and back officeManage appointment confirmations and follow-upsSupport overall office organization and cleanliness of the front areaWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
