Construction Project Manager - Sitework

Dobco Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in sitework and heavy civil construction to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who has successfully managed large-scale site development projects while working for a heavy highway or civil contractor. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of sitework construction, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client coordination. This individual will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Manage multiple sitework and heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee earthwork, excavation, grading, underground utilities, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water main, paving, concrete, and related civil scopes. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews. Coordinate with owners, engineers, municipalities, and utility companies. Prepare and negotiate change orders while managing project documentation. Monitor project progress, productivity, and financial performance. Ensure compliance with contract documents, project specifications, and safety regulations. Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to executive leadership. Qualifications Project Management experience with a heavy highway or civil/sitework contractor. Proven experience managing large-scale sitework projects. Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, utilities, paving, and civil construction operations. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
