Aircraft Technician
Aircraft Technician will be responsible for incoming and outgoing flight operations. Assisting with all launch, recovery, preflight/thru flight/basic post flight inspections, ground handling, maintenance, engine runs, operational checkouts, and servicing. Perform routine troubleshooting, installation, repair and maintenance of all electro-mechanical and Pnuedralic systems and components on the aircraft. Responsible for the acceptableness of all electrical, hydraulic-pneumatic, propulsion, landing gear, flight control surfaces and periodic inspections, general airframe condition, aircraft furnishings and crew escape system of the aircraft. Will be required to remove panels and associated hardware to obtain access equipment requiring repair. Will need to be knowledgeable in aircraft systems operation and maintenance to include: • Landing gear • Powerplants • Flight controls • Fueling/Defueling • Aircraft movement/Launch & Recovery Aircraft Flightline Experience Preferred Active Secret Clearance Preferred Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift as assigned after training 1st Shift - Mon. thru Thurs.; 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM 2nd Shift - Mon. thru Thurs.; 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM Pay range $34.00-$40.00 hourly #SN
