Technical Product Analyst

We are hiring this position to support our client's development team within our Customer Experience Team (CXT) in an agile delivery environment. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that works closely with the Technical Product Manager and development team to support delivery of high-quality, user-aligned solutions. This role will own the development of clear, organized, and testable requirements, support backlog refinement and sprint execution, and coordinate testing and validation activities to help ensure solutions meet functional and user needs. The analyst will help ensure what the team builds is well-defined, usable, and aligned to stakeholder and end-user needs, while applying lightweight, repeatable practices that maintain quality without slowing delivery. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering well-designed, usable solutions and continuously looks for ways to improve the end-user experience. In addition, this role will support data management and reporting activities, ensure outputs are accurate and meaningful, and contribute to tracking outcomes and measuring the impact of delivered features over time.US citizenship is requiredAbility to obtain Public Trust clearance is required.This position is hybrid; should be local to Bethesda, MD; must be on client site at least 2 x weekBasic Qualifications/You Have:8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, product analysis, agile delivery, or a related roleExperience working in an agile software delivery environment, including supporting requirements, user stories, sprint execution, and collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholdersExperience working with product managers or within a product-oriented team environmentExperience developing clear, organized requirements and participating in testing and validation activities to help ensure solutions meet functional and user needsDemonstrated ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, identify gaps, solve problems proactively, and follow through on actions in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders and clarify ambiguous requirementsStrong attention to detail and an action-oriented approach to execution and follow-upBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAbility to obtain Public TrustAdditional Qualifications/Nice to HaveDemonstrated experience using tools such as GitHub, Mural, or Azure DevOps to support agile delivery workflows and track workDemonstrated experience with human centered design practicesDemonstrated experience delivering enterprise and customer facing products in areas of finance, accounting, cloud operationsDemonstrated experience working in a cloud and/or data-driven environment, including supporting reporting, dashboards, or data analysisDemonstrated experience incorporating stakeholder feedback and/or measuring outcomes to evaluate the impact of delivered featuresDemonstrated experience with using AI or generative AI tools to support analysis, documentation, or workflowExisting HHS or NIH badge or active NIH Public Trust#J-18808-Ljbffr
