What You'll Do:In this role, you'll support and maintain Epic client systems across multiple environments, including production, reporting, training, and disaster recovery.Install, configure, and maintain Epic client systems and serversMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues with root cause analysisManage system upgrades, patches, and enhancementsHandle backups, restores, and disaster recovery processesSupport Epic Hyperspace in Citrix/VDI environmentsMaintain system security, access controls, and complianceCollaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teamsAssist with high availability planning and failover testingDevelop and maintain technical documentation and runbooksServe as an escalation point for complex technical issues??? What You Bring:1–2 years of experience with Epic client systems or similar rolesStrong knowledge of Windows Server environments and virtualizationHands-on experience supporting Epic Hyperspace (deployment, upgrades, troubleshooting)Experience with Citrix or VDI platforms (VMware Horizon is a plus)Solid scripting and troubleshooting abilitiesFamiliarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNowStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work both independently and within a team??
