Working alongside a focused team, you’ll contribute to how clients understand narratives as they form - turning complex data into clarity in environments where context and judgment matter.As a DevOps Engineer you will design, automate, and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers our data pipelines, backend services, and analytics platform. You’ll work closely with engineering, data, and product teams to ensure our systems are reliable, observable, secure, and cost‑efficient.Responsibilities:Infrastructure Leadership: Lead our cloud infrastructure domain, setting architectural standards and representing the engineering team in technical discussions with cloud vendors (AWS/GCP).Pipeline Management: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, while supporting and operating existing Jenkins workflows.Developer Enablement: Create and maintain the internal tools and infrastructure needed to support our self-sufficient development team.Monitoring & Reliability: Architect and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure maximum visibility into system health.Cloud Operations: Manage our big data ETL pipelines and overall cloud infrastructure using AWS managed services, Fargate, and Step Functions.AI Infrastructure: Support the infrastructure layer for a product that heavily utilizes GenAI, including managing LLM gateways and API routing.Resource Optimization: Proactively analyze and optimize cloud architecture to ensure financial efficiency and operational performance.Escalation Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for critical infrastructure anomalies during business hours and for severe production escalations.Requirements:4–8 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure role (Ideally in AdTech, gaming, or trading industries).Deep understanding of AWS and its managed services ecosystem.Additional experience with GCP is highly desirable.Infrastructure as Code: Solid, hands-on experience managing infrastructure using Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.CI/CD: Proven ability to build and manage deployment workflows using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.AI/LLM Experience: Experience working in a production environment that utilizes LLMs at its core, including an understanding of LLM routing and gateways.Data & Systems Knowledge: Strong conceptual understanding of data engineering workflows, ETL processes, big data architectures and large data volumes.Demonstrated ability to build effective monitoring systems and a track record of successfully optimizing cloud spend.Highly self-directed with the ability to manage and guide the DevOps domain in a small, fast-paced environment.If you are interested in joining our team, please apply now by sending your resume and cover letter.We look forward to hearing from you soon!
