A leading staffing solutions provider in Palm Bay, Florida is seeking a committed Engineering IT Customer Support specialist. Responsibilities include assisting the GCS user community with computer deployment, performing desktop imaging, and providing technical troubleshooting support. Ideal candidates will have customer service skills, at least a high school diploma with 3 years of IT support experience, and knowledge of networks and hardware/software troubleshooting. This role also requires the ability to lift or relocate 50 pounds.
