Corporate Event Account ManagerAs an Account Manager, you will be the primary relationship owner for our partner organizations — guiding them from initial onboarding through live event execution. You'll combine platform expertise, proactive communication, and hands-on event coordination to ensure every conference runs smoothly for organizers, attendees, and sponsors alike.Key responsibilitiesCustomer onboarding & platform supportLead platform onboarding sessions for new customers, walking them through how to plan and manage conferences or events on BehaviorLive/OkWhen. Provide continuous support — including troubleshooting and best practices — throughout the entire planning cycle.Pre-event coordinationOwn pre-conference logistics end-to-end: badge creation, schedule reviews, event app updates, and attendee communications. Collaborate closely with AV teams, internal staff, and event organizers to ensure every setup detail is dialed in before the doors open.Live event supportManage live streams in real time — handling start/stop, troubleshooting, support chat, and ticket resolution. Provide on-site assistance with registration and any platform-related needs as they arise throughout the event.Sponsor & vendor managementBuild and manage sponsor stores within the platform, ensuring seamless sponsor participation and engagement before and during each event.Continuing education & post-event follow-throughSupport organizations in tracking and verifying CEU credits. Follow up post-event to resolve any outstanding tickets or issues and ensure a smooth close to every engagement.Full-service event planningFor clients who need it, offer comprehensive event planning support — including venue selection, food & beverage, speaker logistics, travel coordination, and marketing assistance.Process improvementContinuously refine internal workflows and documentation for event support to improve both team efficiency and the customer experience.Exceptional communicatorHighly organizedStrong problem-solverThrives under pressurePassion for eventsComfortable with evening/weekend availability3+ years of experience in event planning or a related fieldExperience in Canva, Zendesk, and CVENT preferredThis role is a great fit for someone who loves the energy of live events, takes pride in building strong client relationships, and genuinely enjoys solving problems on the fly.
