This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service skills, culinary knowledge, and passion for hospitality while working in a fast-paced, rewarding atmosphere. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience * Take accurate orders using POS systems * Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation * Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities * Manage tables effectively by bussing, resetting, and ensuring cleanliness for the next guests * Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering procedures and basic math calculations * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting food handling and sanitation protocols * Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow * Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and providing exceptional customer service * Support host/hostess duties when needed by managing guest arrivals and seating arrangements in a professional manner *Experience* * Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred * Familiarity with POS systems * Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly * Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales and enhance guest experiences * Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures * Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering memorable hospitality experiences * Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing * Prior host/hostess or serving experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Embark on a vibrant career where your passion for service makes every guest feel special!
