Binary Defense is seeking a talented Account ManagerResponsibilitiesBuilding relationships with existing client base to ensure they are engaged with their serviceEnsuring your clients are getting the highest return on their investment from their serviceStrategically partnering with your clients to understand their key security related business challenges and initiativesPartnering with internal teams to manage and retain client relationships and build client loyaltyEnsuring client satisfaction, retention, operational efficiency and quality of serviceGrowing existing business with product portfolio and additional services.Onboarding new clients and continuing to engage on a quarterly basis with business reviews.Contributing to the sales team and customer success team for business initiatives and training support.Working towards and achieving targetsBuilding relationships with senior level individuals across accountsCollaborating with others to overcome challenges whilst working in a fast paced and dynamic environmentPlanning and organizing your time effectivelyDelivering customer service and passionate about delivering value to clientsCommunicating a clear and concise message verbally or via emailDeveloping pipeline and managing sales cycle for growth within existing accountsRequirementsBachelor's degree or related experienceSolid experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success ManagerAbility to have strong business conversations and understand business needs to align our proposition of value.Proactively networking within their territory at local eventsAble to analyze numbers to develop business plans and exceed targets with a systematic approachLeverage sales resources including technology, SDRs, marketing, and technical teams effectivelyCreatively think through and solve problemsHandles pressure well while meeting deadlines and targetsSkill in prioritizing and triaging obligationsExcellent time management and organizationJ-18808-Ljbffr
