As we continue to scale, we are looking for a skilled accounting professional to bring structure, accuracy, and consistency to our financial operations.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to manage our day-to-day accounting functions and play a key role in establishing reliable financial tracking and reporting processes. This is an onsite position ideal for a detail-driven professional who is comfortable workingindependently in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) across multiple accounts and revenue streamsPerform accurate monthly account reconciliations for all vendors confirming accurate billingDevelop, maintain, and improve spreadsheet-based tracking systems for expenditures, income, and reporting across vendorsIdentify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and thorough mannerEstablish and strengthen internal accounting processes and controlsSupport month-end and year-end close proceduresProvide leadership with clear and organized financial reportingMaintain meticulous documentation of all financial transactionsQualifications5+ years of accounting experience managing multiple accounts and revenue/expenditure streamsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and financial trackingDemonstrated experience with AR, AP, and account reconciliationProficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platformsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExperience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services is preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation at $70,000 (DOE)The opportunity to make a meaningful impact as a core member of a growing teamA collaborative work environment with room for professional growthOnsite position in Irvine, CA (not available for remote or hybrid arrangements)Application Question(s):Are you able to work on-site daily?Have you worked in financial institution or mortgage company in the past?
