About the Opportunity:The Technical Analyst I role is designed to support IT operations by managing IT hardware assets, coordinating equipment deployment, and delivering first-level technical support. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth lifecycle management of IT equipment and providing timely technical assistance to employees.3. Responsibilities:Maintain accurate inventory records of corporate IT hardware and assetsReceive, inspect, label, and document new IT equipmentTrack equipment assignments, locations, status, warranties, and lifecyclePrepare and deploy laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripheralsProcess returns, repairs, replacements, redeployments, and retirements of equipmentConduct physical inventory counts and resolve discrepanciesManage asset information within IT asset management and CMDB systemsPackage and ship IT assets with proper documentation and trackingInvestigate delayed or missing shipmentsAssist with large-scale equipment deployments and office relocationsTroubleshoot hardware and peripheralsPerform basic wired and wireless network troubleshootingSupport common Wi-Fi, VPN, and IP configuration issuesProvide first-level support for Microsoft 365 and business applicationsConduct basic Windows troubleshooting and software updatesFollow procedures for workstation imaging and deploymentRespond to IT service requests and incidentsDocument troubleshooting and resolutions in IT service management systemsEscalate complex issues to appropriate IT teamsDeliver professional customer service to employees4. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or IT certification preferredEntry-level experience in IT support, asset management, or related fieldBasic knowledge of computer hardware, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, EthernetBasic troubleshooting skills for Windows and common applicationsExperience with inventory and IT asset management systemsStrong organizational, record-keeping, and prioritization skillsAbility to lift and move IT equipment up to 25 poundsWillingness to travel to corporate offices as neededPreferred Qualifications:CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent trainingCollege coursework with GPA 2.5+ considered a plusExperience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or JiraFamiliarity with IT asset management or CMDB platformsExperience with Microsoft 365 and endpoint management toolsKnowledge of Active Directory or Microsoft Entra IDExperience with corporate shipping and logisticsExperience supporting multiple locations5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:$16.00 per hour6.
