Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at our facility in Greensboro, NC. The Manufacturing Manager will oversee and optimize daily production operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, workflow, and quality control. Responsibilities include coordinating manufacturing activities, managing production teams, monitoring equipment maintenance, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Manufacturing Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives while maintaining high operational standards. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide production staffSolid understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and workflow optimizationExperience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six SigmaKnowledge of safety and regulatory standards applicable to manufacturing environmentsProficiency in data analysis, production metrics reporting, and decision-making based on actionable insightsExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple prioritiesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)Experience in materials engineering or fiber-related manufacturing is a plus
