Program Financial Analyst

Greetings! One of our direct clients is seeking a Program Financial Analyst for a long- term contract role. This is a 100 % remote role. Please find below the job description. Position: Program Financial Analyst Long-term contract role Remote role Client is one of the Big4 consulting companies. *Job Description: * * Develops and maintains program budgets and financial forecasts * Tracks and reports on program spending, comparing actuals to budget and identifying variances * Analyzes financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and trends for program leadership * Manages procurements, SOWs, accruals, invoicing, and financial reconciliation processes for the program *Skill Requirements: * * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field * 2-3+ years of relevant experience in a financial analyst, or similar finance roles * Experience working within a project-based or program management environment is strongly preferred * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling, pivot tables, complex formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), and data analysis * Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performing detailed variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) * Solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly around accruals, invoicing, and the month-end close and reconciliation process *Best Regards,* Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
