This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-quality & high-volume setting, contributing to a culinary team focused on excellence, sustainability, and innovation.Job SummaryThe Sous Chef will be responsible for maintaining the kitchen's operational standards, managing staff, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
