Remote Closing Manager

A company is looking for a Closing Manager to oversee its remote closing department in private lending. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of the remote closing department, including scheduling and funding approvals Serve as the primary resource for the closing team regarding file questions and escalations Conduct legal reviews and manage a high-volume pipeline of 150-180 loans per month Required Qualifications 2-3+ years of closing management experience, with at least 1 year managing remote staff 3+ years of closing experience at a Private Money/Hard Money lender Experience in private lending and knowledge of relevant loan products Experience with entity and title review, including CPLs and lien/judgment resolution Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills
