Senior Legal Counsel

We have an exciting search for a Senior Counsel to join a technology-forward company, renowned as a leading brand in the leisure industry. This role is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As Senior Counsel, you will report directly to the General Counsel and play a pivotal role in advising on all aspects of the business. A substantial focus of this position is on data privacy, cybersecurity, SaaS, licensing, and technology transactions but you also will handle a broad spectrum of legal matters including commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), international transactions, marketing, licensing, real estate, and litigation management.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert legal advice on data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and emerging AI laws.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts including SaaS, licensing agreements, partner and supply agreements, real estate and leasing, confidentiality and employment agreements.Provide strategic advice on M&A activities, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, international entities, and global business strategy.
