This role oversees HR across the U.S., Mexico, and the EU, ensuring compliant, efficient, and people-centered practices that support growth.The ideal candidate combines strong functional HR expertise with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for building structure in evolving environments. This is a highly visible role that blends operational leadership with strategic partnership—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations and enjoys strengthening systems, managers, and culture.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal HR Operations & ComplianceLead day-to-day HR operations across multiple geographies (U.S., Mexico, EU).Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.Oversee core HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy administration.Manage and develop regional HR team members, driving consistency while respecting local requirements.Strategy, Systems & Process ImprovementPartner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.Evaluate, enhance, and scale HR processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and employee experience.Optimize HRIS and reporting capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.Lead policy development and refinement to ensure clarity, fairness, and alignment with company values.Employee Engagement & Organizational EffectivenessDesign and implement initiatives to strengthen engagement, particularly at middle-management and frontline levels.Partner with business leaders to elevate manager capability, accountability, and effectiveness.Support organizational change initiatives with thoughtful planning and communication.Talent Development & PerformanceEnhance performance management processes to drive accountability and development.Support rollout of training programs and leadership development initiatives.Contribute to the design of career frameworks and growth pathways to improve retention and internal mobility.Culture & LeadershipServe as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization.Act as a visible, approachable HR leader who reinforces company culture and values.Let s Partner TogetherContact us today for expert talent solutions or career-defining opportunities.
