Customer Service Representative - 1st ShiftJob Category: Customer Support Requisition Number: CUSTO001386Posted: April 17, 2026Full-TimeOn-siteOwen, WI 54460, USAJob DetailsDescriptionMonday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pmCommon tasks:Enter inbound and outbound load information to the Warehouse Management System (WMS)Regularly interact with customers via phone, email and in person conversations.Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external customers.Check in and bill out truck drivers in a timely manner while offering top tier customer service.Complete required daily paperwork including export documents.Utilize the WMS to manage and track inventory, confirm orders and complete billing.Coordinate with the warehouse teams to ensure efficiency.Answer phones, filing, and other general office duties.Preferred Experience and EducationAt least 2 years of customer service experience required, experience with Inventory management, AR or AP preferred.Proven track record of professional communication and building rapport with co-workers, customers, and outside guests.Why work for Nor-Am?Competitive Pay.Paid Time Off beginning day 1.Our Holiday List includes your birthday.
