This role oversees job-site safety, installation quality, scheduling coordination, subcontractor performance, and customer satisfaction while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with customers and crews, and takes pride in delivering exceptional project outcomes.What Success Looks LikeIn this role, success means:Projects completed on time and within scopeHigh customer satisfaction and positive online reviewsSafe, organized, and efficient job sitesStrong subcontractor accountability and workmanship qualityMinimal punch-list items and warranty callbacksKey ResponsibilitiesOversee residential roofing and exterior installation projects from pre-construction through final completionCoordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, equipment, and permits to ensure projects are installation-readyServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and resolving issues as neededConduct job-site inspections to ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to company and manufacturer standardsLead subcontractors and crews to maintain productivity, workmanship quality, and professional job-site standardsManage change orders, project documentation, and project closeout activities, including final walkthroughs and customer reviewsIdentify and resolve project challenges quickly to maintain timelines, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiencyMaintain safe and organized job sites in compliance with company policies and applicable safety regulationsManage multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and attention to detailSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and customer experienceQualificationsRequired: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the construction industry with demonstrated expertise in roofing and siding installations.Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a company vehicle and maintain insurability under the Company’s Commercial Auto Policy.Ability to read, interpret, and execute project documents, specifications, and installation drawings.Proficiency in CRM systems like ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office applications.
