Our mission is to create exceptional entertainment experiences where families, friends, and communities come together.Job DescriptionAs the Usher you will be responsible to provide an excellent experience to our guests by assisting with the movie going experience and providing direction to theaters. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the theaters after each movie and ensuring the theater is ready for guests to arrive for the next showing. The Usher is also responsible for assisting guests to their seats if requested.Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests as they arrive and provide a warm, friendly atmosphere.Ensure that each guest has a valid ticket and direct them to their designated seating area.Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.Follow and enforce all safety protocols and guidelines.Ensure that theater and restrooms are clean and tidy before, during, and after showings.Assist guests with lost and found items.Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.Required SkillsHospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focusedAble to take direction and work together as a teamWork calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressureEducation & ExperienceMust be at least 16 years of ageAvailability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak timesSome locations may require Food Handler and State Alcohol CertificationsMust be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motionPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairsMust be able to lift 50 pounds at times.Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motions.Team Member BenefitsCompetitive Pay and Growth Team Member Perks - discounts on Movies, Attractions, and F&B!
