Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe Company is in search of a Business Development Senior Associate or Vice President to lead its U.S. based business development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with independent sponsors and lower middle-market private equity funds, as well as developing a strong pipeline of investment opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. This role requires the ability to conduct high-level assessments of private equity deals, serve as the primary U.S. contact for potential partners, and collaborate with Asia-based deal teams for in-depth analysis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field, with a proven track record in sourcing private equity deals.Applicants for this role at the company should possess a general understanding of private equity transactions, deal structures, and fund dynamics. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders are essential. The role also involves representing the company at various industry events and may require close collaboration with the Asia office, including participation in calls during early mornings or evenings. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the candidate should be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Travel Percent
