The position focuses on partnering with business and technology teams to understand strategic needs, analyze complex data relationships, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.Responsibilities include managing data quality initiatives, identifying root causes of data issues, supporting integrations across enterprise systems, and helping establish governance standards and best practices. Strong analytical skills, data mapping experience, and the ability to communicate actionable insights are important for success in this role.Salesforce administration experience and Salesforce Administrator certification are considered a plus, but not required. The role also values strong documentation skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and business impact.Must Have:Strong data analytics background with experience analysing large datasets.Capability to follow data flows and understand complex data relationships.Data quality expertise.Data governance experience.Root cause analysis skills to identify behavioural, process, system, or integration drivers of poor data quality.Systems-thinking approach to assess integrations and upstream/downstream impacts.Familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems and tools such as ETL processes, data lakes/warehouses, and analytics platforms.Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.Experience working with large datasetsSalesforce.com Administrator certification desired.
