Through sophisticated research-based and relationship-driven strategies, you'll build a robust talent pipeline of "ready now" candidates aligned with current and future company needs. This role operates as a strategic partner to executive leadership, replacing external search firms by delivering superior results measured by cost efficiency, quality of hire (retention and performance), and speed to fill. You'll provide consultative guidance on complex searches while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitmentManage end-to-end recruitment process for professional, technical, and management-level positionsPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profilesDevelop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to each position and functionSource passive and active candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networkingScreen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company cultureStrategic Sourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentResearch and identify top talent through sophisticated Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniquesBuild and maintain proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume positionsDevelop relationships with high-caliber professionals for current and future opportunitiesCreate and maintain a talent "database" of qualified candidates aligned with ongoing business needsImplement creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates and underrepresented talentHiring Manager PartnershipServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent acquisition strategy and market intelligenceConduct intake meetings to understand position requirements, team culture, and success profilesProvide consultation on job descriptions, compensation ranges, and competitive market positioningGuide hiring managers through the interview and selection process with best practices and compliance guidanceDeliver real-time updates on candidate pipelines and recruiting progressCandidate Experience & AssessmentFacilitate exceptional candidate experiences from initial contact through onboardingConduct comprehensive video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fitPresent only the most qualified candidates to hiring managers with thorough assessments and recommendationsCoordinate interview schedules and provide timely communication throughout the processGather and provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams to support informed decisionsOffer Management & ClosingIdentify candidate motivators to structure competitive and compelling offersConduct salary negotiations and pre-close candidates on compensation and benefitsExtend offers of employment with accuracy, reviewing offer letters and ensuring complianceAnswer candidate questions and address concerns to achieve high offer acceptance ratesPartner with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding transitionsMetrics, Analytics & Continuous ImprovementTrack and analyze recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, WoW metrics, and quality of hireProvide hiring managers with market insights on compensation trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligenceIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and efficiencyStay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate talent acquisitionEmployer Branding & EventsParticipate in career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote Ashley's employer brandBuild relationships with universities, professional organizations, and community groupsRepresent Ashley as an employer of choice through social media, content, and networkingCollaborate with Marketing and HR on employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketingAdditional ResponsibilitiesManage employee referral programs and executive referrals with professionalism and follow-throughParticipate in special projects and talent acquisition initiatives as assignedShare knowledge and best practices with the Talent Acquisition teamDemonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in all job functionsQualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field requiredHR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS) preferredExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experienceProven track record filling professional, technical, and management-level positionsExperience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelinesBackground in high-volume or multi-requisition recruiting environmentsCorporate in-house recruiting or agency recruiting experienceExperience in manufacturing, retail, or related industries preferredWork EnvironmentThis position is located in a climate-controlled office environment with standard lighting and moderate noise levels typical of professional workspace settings. The role primarily involves sitting at a desk for extended periods while working with computers, phones, and other office equipment.
