Equipment Maintenance Planning Analyst
Job DescriptionEV.Careers is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Planning Analyst for a rapidly growing organization within the electric vehicle manufacturing industry. This position supports manufacturing and logistics operations through maintenance planning, equipment reliability analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives for material handling and automated systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze equipment reliability, maintenance performance, and operational KPIs.Support preventive and predictive maintenance planning activities across manufacturing and logistics equipment.Develop maintenance schedules, reporting tools, and operational dashboards.Collaborate with maintenance, production, engineering, and logistics teams to improve equipment uptime and efficiency.Assist with inventory planning and spare parts forecasting.Support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for equipment-related issues.Maintain maintenance documentation and asset tracking records.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on reliability, safety, and operational performance.Requirements2+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance planning, or equipment reliability.Experience working with material handling or automated equipment in a production environment.Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and maintenance scheduling practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Excel and reporting/data visualization tools.Experience working with ERP or maintenance management systems.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.Experience within automotive, EV, battery, or advanced manufacturing environments.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or reliability-centered maintenance concepts.Professional certifications related to maintenance, operations, or process improvement are a plus.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.Retirement savings plan with employer contribution.Generous paid time off and company holidays.Paid parental leave and additional employee support programs.
