Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Oncology Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/04/2026 Duration: 16 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights, flexible, rotating Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – Bone Marrow Transplant / Oncology Registered Nurse – Ohio Start Date: May 4, 2026 Location: Columbus, Ohio Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (days, nights, or combination) reviewed every 4-week scheduling period Highlights: Specialized Bone Marrow Transplant unit with progressive care and medical-surgical acuity levels Comprehensive oncology patient population including leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and CAR-T therapy patients Advanced transplant services: autologous, syngeneic, and allogeneic stem cell transplants Epic charting system with 72 hours of orientation provided 36-bed unit with daily census of 33 patients and full interdisciplinary support including pharmacy, rapid response teams, and specialized therapies Strong focus on infection prevention protocols and evidence-based oncology care Requirements: Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at submission) Minimum 2 years of RN experience with at least 1 year of current oncology experience Medical-surgical and oncology experience required (minimum 1 year documented) BLS certification (required) ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Certification (required) ACLS certification (preferred) Epic charting experience required Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, central line management, and blood product administration Education from ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program 2 professional references, including at least one from a manager or director Why It's a Great Opportunity: This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your oncology nursing career in a specialized Bone Marrow Transplant unit caring for complex hematology-oncology patients.
