You'll play an important part in delivering a great dining experience and supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Prepare Fresh Biscuits Mix, prepare, and bake biscuits according to company recipes and preparation standards. Ensure biscuits are baked fresh and served hot to maintain quality and taste. Monitor baking times, oven temperatures, and product appearance to ensure consistent results. Maintain a steady production pace to meet customer demand while avoiding unnecessary waste or overproduction. Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area Wash and sanitize cooking utensils, baking trays, pots, pans, and preparation equipment. Keep baking stations, counters, and preparation areas clean, organized, and ready for use. Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Support the Kitchen Team Assist other food production team members with food preparation when needed. Help restock ingredients, supplies, and baking materials during shifts. Communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Deliver Great Teamwork and Professionalism Maintain a positive, cooperative, and respectful working relationship with managers and fellow team members.
