About the Position: We're seeking a Full-Time HVAC Residential Technician to join our expanding team in Tampa and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in residential HVAC. What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience; top earners make between $27 and $31 per hour A company-provided vehicle with expenses covered Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and more Key Responsibilities: Service, maintain, install, and repair HVAC systems for residential customers Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems Complete HVAC jobs promptly and professionally, ensuring high-quality service Work independently and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedule and inform customers of any delays Qualifications: Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Valid driver’s license with a clean record Valid social security number Successfully pass a background check and drug test EPA Certification required; OSHA 10 certification preferred (not required) Physical/Work Environment Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
