Electronic / Electromechanical Assembler

Job Title: Electronic / Electro-mechanical Assembler Location: Irvine, CA 92618 Schedule: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, OT as needed Pay Rate: $22.00/hour Responsibilities: Assemble, rework, and inspect electronic components (PCB) per technical documentation and quality standards. Conduct in-process and final inspections; identify defects and initiate QN, NC, or CAR. Support operators, drive process improvements, and ensure documentation of production and quality records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth product release. Maintain production goals and operational performance. Qualifications: High School or Technical School graduate. 4+ years industrial manufacturing experience with electronic/mechanical assembly. Experience reading drawings, using mechanical inspection tools, and performing process audits. Ability to lift 15–30 lbs and follow instructions in English.
