Operations Support Team Member The Operations Support Team Member is responsible for supporting both customer-facing operations and warehouse activities. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth customer experience by coordinating installations, managing communication, and maintaining accurate inventory.Warehouse & Inventory Support Unload carpet and materials from trucks safely and efficientlyOperate forklifts to move inventoryLoad carpet and materials onto installers' vehicles accurately and quicklyPull, prepare, and stage materials for installationsLoad products safely and efficientlyConduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracyAssist with physical inventory and reportingCustomer & Project Coordination Schedule and confirm installation appointmentsTrack project progress and manage service callsServe as the main point of contact for customers and partnersCoordinate with installers to meet timelines and quality standardsResolve customer issues and escalate when neededTeam Support Work closely with installers and internal teamsMaintain organized records and documentationSupport daily operational goalsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent13 years of experience in operations, customer service, or warehouse supportStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to lift to 50 lbs. and work in varying conditionsPreferred: Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)Compensation: $18.00 per hourWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Floor Interior Services has proudly set industry standards by delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality installation experiences to thousands of customers every year.
