The growth is real.Location: Sandy Springs, GA Type: Full-time or Contract-to-hireSummary: Drive investor loan production end-to-end. Convert inbound leads and build your own pipeline through outbound, referrals, and local investor networking. You’ll run a clean, repeatable sales process from first contact → term sheet → funded loan.What you’ll doInbound + House AccountsRespond to inbound leads fast (call/text/email) and run a quick deal screenWork existing house accounts: follow up on past inquiries, warm leads, and repeat investorsReactivate dormant leads with structured outreach (weekly touch cadence)Self-sourced productionBuild a personal pipeline through outbound prospecting and referrals (agents, wholesalers, builders, investor groups, CPAs, etc.)Attend local networking events and investor meetups; represent OnArdhi professionallyCreate and manage a simple “top 50” relationship list and work it weeklyExecution + ProcessExplain process clearly and set the next step every timeCollect minimum docs and coordinate clean handoffs to processing/underwritingKeep borrowers moving (follow-ups, status updates, removing friction)Maintain disciplined pipeline notes, stages, and next actionsCoordinate with ops/capital markets so term sheets align with executionWhat we’re looking forConfident phone presence; calm under pressureStrong follow-up habits — you don’t let things driftComfortable with both inbound conversion and outbound self-sourcingProcess-driven and detail-oriented; organized pipeline management1–3 years in sales, real estate, or mortgage (or a strong case for why you'll outwork the competition)Familiarity with investor loans (Fix & Flip / RTL / DSCR) preferredAtlanta investor network is a plus (or proven ability to build one quickly)Success in 30 / 60 / 90 days30: fast speed-to-lead; consistent qualification calls; disciplined pipeline process60: predictable weekly pipeline rhythm; active outreach + event cadence; improved pull-through90: meaningful funded volume with a mix of inbound + self-sourced production; repeat borrowers startingWhy this roleYou'll sit in the office with the founder and learn the business end-to-end. Mortgage experience can be a plus, but we're not looking for someone who needs to unlearn bad habits.
