The opportunities are endless.Job SummaryEschenfelder Landscaping is seeking a hardworking and reliable Pool Construction Crew Member to join our pool construction team. This role is responsible for assisting in the installation of residential and commercial pools, including excavation, plumbing, forming, and finishing tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in outdoor environments, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in building high-quality projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with all phases of pool construction, including layout, excavation, framing, and finishingOperate hand and power tools safely and efficientlySupport installation of plumbing, drainage, and pool equipment systemsAssist with steel tying, forming, shotcrete/gunite prep, and deck preparationLoad, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sitesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelinesWork collaboratively with crew members, foremen, and project managersPerform general labor tasks such as digging, grading, trenching, and backfillingQualificationsPrevious construction, landscaping, or pool installation experience preferred (but not required)Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, kneeling for extended periods)Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsBasic knowledge of construction tools and equipmentStrong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitudeAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamValid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferredPreferred Skills (Nice To Have)Experience in pool construction, concrete work, or underground utilitiesEquipment operation experience (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)Basic plumbing or electrical knowledgeThe Perks401(k) plan with company match Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance FSA/HSA PerkSpot Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid time Off Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service) Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
