In this role, you'll play a key part in connecting with prospective students, building relationships, attending events, and guiding applicants through the admissions process to help them take the next step toward their future. You'll collaborate closely with our Enrollment Services team to ensure a smooth transition into one of WyoTech's core programs. We're seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and manage a remote territory, building awareness and interest in WyoTech programsDeliver engaging, high-impact presentations at high schools, events, and industry gatheringsCultivate relationships with:High school instructors and counselorsCareer & Technical Education (CTE) programsIndustry partners and trade organizationsIdentify and mentor top students, helping them explore and pursue careers in the tradesGuide students and families through the admissions and enrollment processRepresent WyoTech at career fairs, trade shows, and community eventsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experienceMaintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management using CRM toolsAssociated Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & ExperienceA dynamic, high-energy speaker who can engage and inspire audiencesStrong relationship-builder with a passion for helping students succeedEntrepreneurial mindset, self-starter who takes ownership of territory growthAbility to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervisionHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesResults-driven with a strong sense of accountabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable using tools such as Salesforce, presentation platforms, and Microsoft OfficeRequirementsMinimum Requirement (A combination of the following experience and training, or the equivalent of, would be qualifying):High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in sales, admissions, recruiting, or relationship-based roles (preferred)Experience presenting to groups or working in education, trades, or workforce development is a plusValid driver's license and ability to travel as neededWhy WyoTech:Work with students to make a difference in their livesWork with a great company that supports not only their staff but the community as wellTeam buildingTuition reimbursementCompetitive benefit packagePTO and paid holidays401KHealth insurance - vision and dental includedLife and short-term disabilityThe Laramie community has the small-town charm with big city events.
