Primary responsibilities include support of the document control program, product certifications, and the Corrective Action Program (CAP).You will report to the Quality Manager and be located at Ogden, UT. You will support this role 100% onsiteKey ResponsibilitiesHelp administer the document control program following 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, NQA‑1, ISO 19443, QMS, and other company proceduresSupport control of quality documents and records, including procedures, work standards, specifications, and quality recordsHelp ensure only current, approved documents are available and in useHelp with document revisions, distribution, change notifications, and archival activitiesVerify document and record retention requirements are met per regulatory, customer, and contractual obligationsSupport preparation of documentation for internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspectionsHelp with the preparation, filing, and archival of product certificationsCoordinate with customers to resolve documentation or certification discrepanciesHelp document conditions adverse to quality, verifying problem statements, and tracking corrective actionsSupport internal audits, supplier audits, and customer or regulatory audits, including preparation and follow‑upHelp with quality investigations related to documentation, certifications, or process complianceParticipate in continuous improvement activities related to quality systems and complianceQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredB.S. in STEM degree preferred. We will consider equivalent experience.1-year minimum experience in a manufacturing / chemical plant / industrial setting.We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
