Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. Basic understanding of ITIL or IT service management concepts.Familiarity with JavaScript, workflows, UI policies, or platform configuration concepts (academic or hands-on). Ability to troubleshoot logically and collaborate with global teams. Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn the ServiceNow ecosystem.
