This position creates high-quality content, analyzes digital performance, and collaborates across the organization to translate complex project work into clear, consistent messaging. Success in this role requires a strong communicator who understands how strategic content supports business development, strengthens brand reputation, and contributes to long-term growth. This role is designed for someone who seeks to become a subject-matter expert on Brennan’s voice, messaging, and value in the marketplace. As Brennan continues to grow, this position supports advancing our marketing strategy and offers a path toward future leadership within the team. This position is based in La Crosse, WI, where the individual will work closely with cross-functional teams and company leadership.Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and execute the company’s content strategy, including messaging and content development for the website, social media, brochures, graphical emails, newsletters, and cut sheets. Write, edit, and publish company and industry-focused content, including articles, news releases, and thought leadership pieces; provide guidance and feedback to internal contributors. Manage website content by identifying opportunities for improvement, overseeing updates, and ensuring content is optimized for quality, usability, and lead generation. Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and internal teams to gather and develop content that highlights project successes, company achievements, and industry expertise. Manage Brennan’s social media presence across key platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, by creating and publishing content that strengthens brand awareness and engagement. Track, measure, and evaluate digital marketing performance; identify opportunities for improvement and recommend data-driven strategies to expand Brennan’s reach. Meet established schedules and deadlines for all assigned projects. Stay current with marketing best practices, artificial intelligence (AI) tools, and leadership development through ongoing education, applying this knowledge to our campaigns. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, writing, and content management. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone, style, and voice across multiple marketing channels. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; proactive, self-directed, and detail-oriented. Demonstrated experience with B2B marketing concepts, campaign management, digital media, and online content development. Proficiency in website management and a working knowledge of search engine optimization, keywords, and Google Ads. Experience using social media to support business strategy and engage target audiences. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
