Job SummaryThe Systems Analyst III is responsible for leading research and analysis to identify systems impacted by requirements, possible interfaces, cross team dependencies and affected lines of business.What We Are Looking ForPower Apps Power BI (certification preferred) able to create dashboardsServiceNow queries, workflows & reportingADO Queries Data ModelingSharePoint Super UserCollaborate with BI team or BI developers to automate metric reporting and dashboardsEssential FunctionsLeverage appropriate approaches and modeling techniques to elicit requirementsRecognize inconsistencies and gaps in a complex business processAssist in planning activities and development of business case documentsThrough research and analysis, identify systems impacted by requirements, possible interfaces, cross team dependencies and affected lines of businessTranslate business needs and technical requirements by authoring clear agile stories and featuresServe as a liaison between technical teams and users, stakeholders.Perform root cause analysisBuild, sustain, and leverage relationships with persons within his/her area of immediate responsibilityAssist QA in preparation of test scenarios and test dataSets objectives for own job with the understanding of how output would affect and impact other job areas related to own job. Contributes and provides input to the development of operational area goals within the context of own job area. Work consists of tasks that are typically not routine, works independently and applies discretion within established operational boundaries and procedures. Work direction is only provided for new areas of work or unique assignments.Problems and issues faced are vague, and require reasoning and analysis to address problems and issues. Updates and/or modifies work methods based on past experiences, and identifies solutions to problems by recognizing similarities through data trends. Uses personal experiences, makes reasonable judgment calls, and may call on other resources where necessary to identify solutions.Perform any other job duties as requestedEducation And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is requiredFive (5) years of experience in requirements management is requiredFive (5) years of experience working in Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs or other similar enterprise systems is requiredFamiliarity with the healthcare environment (Medicaid/Medicare) is requiredExperience designing interfaces and/or mocking up user interfaces to support and display the information in multiple UI disciplines (Web, Mobile, Client Server, etc.) is requiredCompetencies, Knowledge And SkillsAbility to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all different levelsProficient in all areas of requirements elicitation (facilitation, process modeling, requirements documentation)Experience in creating and writing technical specifications within an agile framework: Epic, Feature, Story, and Task; understands key components of good story writing to enable adaptation of standard industry formats and approaches for effective useUnderstanding of project lifecycles coupled with the software development lifecycle, including processes, techniques, continuous delivery, tools agile, test driven development, and waterfallThorough understanding of business analysis principlesFlexibility during organizational and/or business changesEffective problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to develop, prioritize and accomplish goalsStrong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills; listening and critical thinkingAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentLicensure And CertificationCertifications around our core technical systems is preferred; Facets, CCA, SAP,CRMs or other similar Enterprise systems that mimic those CareSource invests inCertifications around Agile, SAFE, or the Business or System Analyst role is preferredWorking ConditionsGeneral office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeCompensation Range$94,100.00 - $164,800.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
