This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently. Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Qualifications: Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional attitude and appearance.
