Tarmac is a trusted partner for innovative software development, and its mission is to empower businesses to succeed with outstanding digital products.What You'll DoBuild and execute joint business plans with Databricks & AWSDrive partner-sourced pipeline and co-sell opportunitiesDevelop and launch joint GTM campaigns (events, webinars, solutions)Enable internal sales teams on partner programs and offeringsCultivate relationships with partner field teams and leadershipWhat We're Looking For5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or channel developmentExperience working with AWS and/or Databricks ecosystemsProven success driving revenue through partner channelsStrong understanding of cloud, data platforms, or modern data stackExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills• Bonus PointsBackground in consulting or professional servicesFamiliarity with AWS partner programs (APN, co-sell, Marketplace)Knowledge of Databricks Lakehouse platformExisting partner relationships
