The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and supporting production applications.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and troubleshoot Java-based production applications.Monitor application health and performance using Splunk and Dynatrace.Investigate production incidents and identify root causes.Collaborate with application development and infrastructure teams.Improve system reliability through monitoring and automation.Participate in an on-call rotation for critical incidents.Required Skills3–5 years of Java programming experience.SRE or production support experience.Hands-on experience with Splunk and Dynatrace.Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.Nice to HaveBanking or ATM technology experience.Automation experience.Tableau.
