Regional Sales Support Representative
Regional Sales Support Representative (RSSR)Orascoptic seeks a highly motivated, results-driven Regional Sales Support Representative (RSSR) to drive growth in our North America Market by generating qualified sales appointments and supporting the field sales at sales events. The RSSR will be responsible for supporting sales representatives at events and tradeshows, managing open territories, performing outbound lead generation activities, funnel management, appointment scheduling and various sales related activities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Qualify leads via CRM and set quality appointments for Field Sales Reps to achieve daily & monthly targetsMaintain open communication with the field sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads/opportunitiesMeet with manager daily, monthly, and quarterly to review KPIsCreate new sales opportunities through in person cold calling, social media and phone prospectingMaintain a high level of conversion rate from lead to appointmentLearn to sell, take custom measurements, and service Orascoptic's product line of custom loupes and headlightsAttend, support, and sell at trade shows, school fittings, and continuing education eventsProvide sales/service coverage for open territoriesMake outbound sales calls to customers to support funnel managementProvide customers with sales consultations/post sales service over the phone and in personJob Requirements:Education and Experience:High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.2+ years of related work experience required with a heavy focus on customer interaction and customer engagement; inside or outside sales experience is a plusSkills and Abilities:Self-driven and strong interpersonal skills required.Good business acumen including business management fundamentals required.Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel required.Proven success in quickly learning computer systems required.Good data entry accuracy and strong attention to detail required.Effective verbal and written communication skills in English required.Proven success in prioritizing assigned work required.Ability to gather, understand, and interpret information required.Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills required.Ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness required.Location/Travel:Position is remote- candidate can live anywhere in the US, preferably near an airportUp to 75% travel, including weekend travel- primarily to schools, tradeshows, and continuing education courses across the US; mileage reimbursement will be provided for car travelPhysical Demands:Constantly sits.Frequently uses hands and fingers.Occasionally walks and stands.Rarely bends and stoops.Occasionally reaches up/down with arms.Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 35 lbs.Target Market Salary Range: $55,500 - $65,000Operating Company: Orascoptic
