Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Customer Support Representative to assist customers by answering questions, processing orders, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate brings a positive, upbeat attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work with systems such as Oracle and FileMaker.Key Responsibilities•  Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, or other systems•  Perform accurate and timely order entry and order updates•  Provide first-level support by troubleshooting common product or customer issues•  Accurately document customer interactions, orders, and resolutions in internal systems•  Enter, update, and review customer, order, and case information in Oracle and FileMaker systems•  Follow established procedures and escalate issues when needed•  Communicate clearly with customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction•  Follow up on open cases or orders as directed by senior team members•  Maintain professionalism and a customer-first attitude at all timesQualifications•  High school diploma or equivalent•  Previous customer service, order processing, or support experience preferred•  Strong verbal and written communication skills•  Attention to detail, especially when performing order entry•  Basic computer skills (email, data entry, web applications)•  Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasksPreferred Skills•  Experience with customer support or call center environments a plus•  Experience with order entry or order management systems•  Working knowledge of Oracle systems or willingness to learn•  Experience with FileMaker or similar databases a plus•  Ability to interpret basic systems or order data•  Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitudeCompensation & Benefits•  Salary •  Health, dental, and vision insurance•  Paid time off and holidays•  Bonuses
