Maintenance Technician

Position: Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Naples, FLPay: $22 to $24/hourExperience: Previous experience in apartment maintenance or excellent handyman skills.Type: Full-time; TemporarySchedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pmHH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!Job DescriptionConduct routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, appliances, and systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.Perform preventive maintenance to avoid costly repairs and ensure optimal property operations.Address work orders efficiently and document completed tasks.Prepare vacant units for new residents, including minor repairs and cleaning.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Maintain the upkeep of common areas, grounds, and amenities.Position RequirementsProficiency in basic repair and maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.HVAC certification or other relevant technical certifications preferred.Familiarity with property management software or maintenance tracking tools preferred.Flexibility to handle emergency maintenance requests, if needed.HH Staffing is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
