As a Content Strategist you have a passion for storytelling and planning highly effective and engaging digital content for world-class brands. You love getting in the weeds to synthesize client priorities, audience insights, performance metrics, and platform capabilities to attract target audiences and keep them engaged—throughout the consumer journey from pre- through post-purchase with best-in-class content.Content Strategy at Razorfish connects the dots between Strategy, Data, Technology and Creative by providing content planning, content delivery, content management and content governance guidelines to meet business objectives across platforms. You’re the glue that pulls it all together to guide creative execution.ResponsibilitiesWebsite Strategy & GovernanceLead the vision, roadmap, and governance for client’s website, ensuring alignment with enterprise, brand, and communications prioritiesEstablish standards, processes, and cross-functional coordination to drive consistency, quality, and complianceServe as the central point of coordination for website initiatives across functions and business unitsContent Strategy & ExperienceDevelop audience-first content strategies, plans, and calendars across digital experiencesGuide information architecture, navigation, taxonomies, and templates to optimize usability, clarity, and discoveryPartner across brand, content, and UX teams to deliver cohesive, user-centered storytellingPerformance & OptimizationLeverage analytics and insights to identify gaps, measure performance and drive continuous optimizationIdentify opportunities to improve engagement, journeys, and overall site effectivenessExecution & CollaborationWork closely with IT, UX, analytics, legal, and agency partners to translate business needs into digital solutionsSupport enterprise initiatives requiring website integration or executionEnsure timelines, approvals, and quality standards are met; QA for accuracy and consistencySEO, Accessibility & ComplianceCollaborate with SEO partners to improve discoverability and search performanceEnsure adherence to brand, legal, and regulatory requirementsQualifications6-8+ years of experience in content strategy, digital strategy or website management within an enterprise environment.Experience working with CMS platforms, content workflows, and governed publishing environmentsStrong understanding of website analytics and performance measurementStrong understanding of which channels content should be deployed on to meet audience and business needs.Additional InformationThe Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
