This is an excellent opportunity for a sourcing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful work in healthcare.Job DescriptionIn this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the talent acquisition team, driving proactive sourcing initiatives that support critical hiring needs across specialized healthcare sales functions. You will leverage market insights, innovative sourcing strategies, and relationship-building skills to identify high-quality talent and ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates aligned with evolving business demands. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.Source and identify qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including social media, professional networks, job boards, and employee referralsPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategiesUtilize advanced Boolean search techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to engage passive candidatesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needsConduct outreach through personalized messaging, email campaigns, and networking initiatives to promote employer brand awarenessPerform initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural alignmentTrack and analyze sourcing metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvementDrive operational efficiency in a high-volume recruiting environment while adhering to established compliance standardsDeliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment processQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and at least five (5) years of candidate sourcing experience OR High School Diploma/GED and at least nine (9) years of candidate sourcing experienceMinimum of three (3) years of experience sourcing sales talent within the medical device, wound care, or surgical industriesStrong experience using sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search strategiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholdersMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications:Experience using Workday or similar applicant tracking systemsPrevious experience in a Talent Scout or sourcing role within a corporate environmentFamiliarity with ATS platforms, recruiting CRM tools, and HR systemsDemonstrated ability to engage passive candidates and build long-term talent pipelinesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailCommitment to diversity and inclusion in talent attraction strategiesBenefitsDahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family’s needs.
