*Primary Skill* *Pega / PegaRules Process Commander PRPC* *Secondary Skill* *Pega Case Design, Flows and Management* *Required Skills* *Should have Experience between 2 to 6 years.* *• Experience in PEGA PRPC -Process Flows, Activities, Harness, Sections, Decision Table, Data transforms, Agent and activity, Reporting etc.* *• Should have at least CSA Certification. CSSA certification is a plus.* *• PEGA DCO experience to help the BA with the DCO process* *• Should have hands on experience in end to end PRPC lifecycle - design, development, coding, testing and debugging skills in PEGA 7.x & 8.x.* *• Experience in Client Life cycle Management (CLM) is a huge plus* *• Expertise in PRPC Integration with external systems in an enterprise environment.* *• Knowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning and Deployment process.* *• Experience in adopting PEGA applications with CICD tools.* *• Experience working in an agile project delivery* *• Preferred to have experience with distributed development teams which span multiple geographies, time zones and cultures. Prior experience with PEGA - Smart Disputes a plus.* *Desired Skills* *Financial industry experience preferred* *Pega Smart Disputes Framework experience preferred* *Pega Certification*Responsibilities: - Develop high-quality software solutions and applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards - Debug and resolve software defects and issues - Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure proper functionality - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer - Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and Linux - Experience with DevOps practices and tools - Proficiency in DNS management and configuration - Familiarity with Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) - Expertise in T-SQL for database development and management - Knowledge of carbonise for data backup and recovery - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred - Experience working in an Agile development environment - Familiarity with Ruby on Rails framework is a plus - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles If you are a skilled Senior Developer looking for an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, we want to hear from you!
