Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Imprint Pediatric Therapy is dedicated to providing exceptional care and therapeutic services to children with special needs. We are currently seeking a full time qualified and passionate BCBA to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and design treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disorders.
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement effective treatment plans.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain a caseload of 8 clients, ensuring personalized and focused intervention.
Utilize evidence-based practices to measure progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disorders.
